Ceramics Studio

Welcome to my studio where I primarily working with clay. 

My artistic practice explores storytelling through sculpture. Working with South Australian stoneware, I create objects that draw inspiration from my English heritage, medieval artefacts and cottage gardens, often incorporating imaginative elements.

I'm lucky enough to have my own small gas kiln so do experimental firing methods, including single-firing, fast-firing with unavoidable reduction resulting in unexpected finishes. I love including coloured glass in my work which always add to the excitement of kiln openings.
